⚙️How to Manage Settings
To manage system-wide settings:
Go to the Header Menu.
Click on Settings to be redirected to the Settings page.
🧾 1. Client Details
On the left sidebar, click on Client Details.
This will open the Add Client Details page.
🔧 Functionalities:
Add, Edit, and Delete client entries.
All client entries are displayed in the table below.
Import/Export functionality is available for bulk data handling.
Option to Clear All Data.
These client details are used throughout the document generators (Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Orders.).
🧾 2. From Details (Your Business Info)
On the left sidebar, click on From Details.
This will open the Add From Details page.
🔧 Functionalities:
Add, Edit, and Delete your business details.
All entries are displayed in the table below.
Import/Export functionality is available.
Option to Clear All Data.
These from details are used throughout the document generators (Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Orders.).
💱 3. Set Default Currency & Language
On the left sidebar, click on Set Default Currency.
🔧 Functionalities:
Set your default currency for all documents.
Set the default language for the entire website.
The selected currency will appear by default in all generators (Invoice, Quote, etc.).
📄 4. Set Default Template
On the left sidebar, click on Set Default Template.
🔧 Functionalities:
Choose and set the default template design for:
Invoices
Quotes
Purchase Orders
Your selected template will be automatically applied when creating documents.
📦 5. Product Details
On the left sidebar, click on Product.
This opens the Import Product Add page.
🔧 Functionalities:
Add, Edit, and Delete product entries.
View all products in the table below.
Import/Export functionality is available.
Option to Clear All Data.
These product entries can be directly used in documents for quick item insertion.(only purchase order generator)
