🛠️ Introduction to Manage Settings Page
The Manage Settings page allows you to configure essential components of your invoicing system, ensuring your documents reflect your business's identity and preferences. This centralized control panel includes several key sections to help manage client data, sender details, currency, design templates, and product lists.
🔹 Tabs in the Settings Page:
Client Details Manage your client database by adding, importing, or editing client information. These details appear on your invoices or quotes when selected.
From Details Enter your business's name, address, and contact information. These details are used as the sender's information on all generated documents.
Set Default Currency Choose your preferred currency to be applied by default on invoices, purchases, and quotes. This ensures consistency in all financial transactions.
Set Default Template Select a visual template or layout style for your invoices and other documents. Helps maintain a professional and branded appearance.
Import Products Upload a list of products or services via CSV. This saves time when generating documents by allowing quick selection from your product catalog.
