This section is for your clientβs information.
Name: Clientβs name or company
Email: Clientβs email address
Address: Clientβs address
Phone: Clientβs landline/contact number
Mobile: Clientβs mobile number
Fax: Fax number (optional)

Number: Auto-generated or custom quote number
Date: The date when the quote is issued
Valid Till Date: Expiry date of the quote (how long the offer is valid)

Subtotal: Total of all item amounts before any adjustments
Discount: Add any discount in currency
Tax: Add applicable tax (like GST or VAT)
Shipping: Add any shipping charges
Total: Final amount after applying discount, tax, and shipping

Account Name: Name of the bank account holder

Toggle this if you want your Authorized Signatory to appear on the quote.

Select the currency your quote will be in. (Default is INR)

Choose a layout style (e.g., by Quantity, Amount, etc.) for your quote.

Pick saved profiles for the Client you're quoting and From whom it's sent.
