With this tool, you can:

  • Input Business and Client Details: Add your company information and the client's details to personalize the quote.

  • List Products or Services: Itemize the goods or services with descriptions, quantities, and rates.

  • Calculate Totals Automatically: The tool computes subtotals, taxes, discounts, and the final amount.

  • Customize the Quote: Upload your company logo, choose a color scheme, and select a template that matches your brand.

  • Download or Share: Once completed, you can download the quote as a PDF or share it directly with your client.

This tool streamlines the quoting process, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in your client communications.

🧾 Quote Form – Information Fields Explained

🔹 From (Your Business Info)

This section is for your business details.

  • Name: Your business name

  • Email: Your business email address

  • Address: Your official business address

  • Phone: Business contact number

  • Business Number: Your company registration or GST number

  • Website: Link to your business website

  • Owner: Name of the business owner

🔹 Bill To (Client Info)

This section is for your client’s information.

  • Name: Client’s name or company

  • Email: Client’s email address

  • Address: Client’s address

  • Phone: Client’s landline/contact number

  • Mobile: Client’s mobile number

  • Fax: Fax number (optional)

🔹 Quote Details

  • Number: Auto-generated or custom quote number

  • Date: The date when the quote is issued

  • Valid Till Date: Expiry date of the quote (how long the offer is valid)

🧾 Quote Generator – Item & Calculation Section Explained

📦 Item/Service Table

  • Description: Name or details of the product/service you're offering

  • Quantity: How many units you're quoting

  • Rate: Price per unit

  • Amount: Automatically calculated as Quantity × Rate

  • Actions: You can delete a row using the trash icon

  • ➕ + Line Item: Adds a new row to add another item or service

📝 Notes

You can enter any extra information here – special instructions, clarifications, etc.

📜 Terms

Add terms and conditions here, such as:

  • Payment due dates

  • Late fees

  • Delivery timelines

💰 Calculation Summary (Right Side)

  • Subtotal: Total of all item amounts before any adjustments

  • Discount: Add any discount in currency

  • Tax: Add applicable tax (like GST or VAT)

  • Shipping: Add any shipping charges

  • Total: Final amount after applying discount, tax, and shipping

🏦 Bank Details & Signature Section

💳 Bank Details

Fill in your payment information here:

  • Account Name: Name of the bank account holder

  • Account Number: Your account number

  • IFSC: Bank IFSC code (for Indian banks)

  • Account Type: Choose between Savings, Current, etc.

  • Bank: Name of your bank

This helps your client know where to send payments.

📲 UPI ID

You can also enter your UPI ID (e.g., example@upi) if you prefer digital payments.

✍️ Authorized Signatory

  • Add your digital signature here for professional approval.

  • You can draw or upload your signature, then click Save Signature.

⚙️ Quote Settings Panel

This is where you control how your quote looks and behaves.

💾 Save Quote

  • Toggle ON to save your quote for later editing or reuse.

🏦 Show Bank Details

  • Toggle to include or hide your Bank Details in the final quote.

📲 Show UPI ID

  • Toggle to show/hide your UPI ID for easy payment options.

✍️ Show Signature

  • Toggle this if you want your Authorized Signatory to appear on the quote.

💱 Currency

  • Select the currency your quote will be in. (Default is INR)

🧾 Select Template

  • Choose a layout style (e.g., by Quantity, Amount, etc.) for your quote.

👥 Select Client & From

  • Pick saved profiles for the Client you're quoting and From whom it's sent.

🎨 Primary Color Customization

  • The small square at the top shows your currently selected color (highlighted with a border).

🌈 Select Primary Color

  • Just click any of the color swatches below to instantly change your template’s primary accent — this affects:

    • Button highlights

    • Section headers

    • Icons or borders (depending on the template)

It's a simple and effective way to brand your documents visually to match your business identity.
