Each entry records details such as the quote number, client name, creation date, total amount, and status. This feature simplifies tracking and organizing client quotes, making it easier for businesses to follow up, edit, or resend quotations. With additional tools like search, export to CSV, and delete options, it ensures efficient quote management in one place.

📋 Quote Generator History – Workflow Overview

1. Purpose

   • Displays all previously generated quotes for easy access and tracking.

2. Table Columns

   • No.: Serial number of each quote.

   • PDF Heading: Custom title or summary of the quote.

   • Quote No: Unique identifier assigned to each quote.

   • From To: Name of the person or company issuing the quote.

   • Bill To: Recipient of the quote.

   • Date: Date the quote was created.

   • Valid Till Date: Expiry or validity date for the quote.

   • Status: Current status (e.g., Created).

   • Total: Quoted amount.

   • Actions: Dropdown to manage each quote (e.g., view, download, delete).

3. Additional Functionalities

   • Search bar: Quickly find specific quotes.

   • Entries Dropdown: Choose how many quotes to display at once.

   • Export to CSV: Download quote records in spreadsheet format.

   • Clear All History: Erase all stored quote data.
