Dashboard Detailing

After Login, you will directly land on the dashboard page, where we are showing all tickets, open tickets, on-hold tickets, and closed tickets.

Directly from the dashboard agent can view their assigned ticket or they can also check their previous ticket.

On the click of the eye icon, the customer will see the below where, where an agent will see his assigned ticket.
