Good to know: In the ticket section, we have given the option for a dynamic form field, where you can create and add your own form field to accept tickets from the customer.

When you click on the ticket sidebar, you will able to see the dynamic form field, canned message, all tickets, create tickets, unassigned tickets, and open and close tickets. we will discuss each and every topic briefly.

So we will start learning, each of the sections one by one, I have included the links, so you can directly jump into your favorite section, but we suggest you start from the dynamic form field as it is quite interesting.
