Good to know: FAQs enable you to deal with specific queries that your customers have about your business. They also represent another way to reach out and connect with your target audience.
First, we will see, how we can create Faq Category, when login to the admin panel you can see in the left sidebar FAQ is present when you click on that it will show the FAQ category and FAQ, click on the faq category first, see below image.
To create FAQ category we have to click on create faq category button when you click it will open a popup window, where you have to fill in these things Faq Category, Faq Description, Faq Icon.
To edit FAQ category we have to click on edit icon when you click it will open a popup window, where you can update these things Faq Category, Faq Description, Faq Icon.
To delete the FAQ Category, click on the X button on the right side action button.
Note: Only the Unused Faq Category Will be Deleted.
To create the Faq, click on the left side menu faq, when you click, you can see two item there, one is FAQ category and another is FAQ, Faq Category is already discussed above, now we will learn how to create FAQ.
To create the FAQ, click on the create FAQ button, it will open a popup modal, where we ask to fill in the following field, FAQ category, Name, and Description respectively.
To edit the FAQ, click on the edit icon button, it will open a popup modal, where we ask to update the following field, FAQ category, Name, and Description respectively.
To delete the FAQ, click on the X button on the right side action button.
