## Dashboard Detailing

After Login, you will diretly land to the dashboard page, where we are showing all tickets, open tickets, on-hold tickets and closed tickets.

Directly from the dashboard custome can open new ticket or they can also check their previous ticket.

On the click of eye icon, the customer will see the below where, where customer will see which agent is handling their ticket and other details.
