In this section, we will learn about how to create, edit, update, and delete a knowledge base.

Create KnowledgeBase

To create the knowledgebase click on the create knowledgebase button, when you click it will open a new window, which contains two sections.

  1. Knowledgebase Details

  2. Knowledgebase SEO Settings

Knowledgebase Details

Knowledgebase details sections contains the following field, categoy name, sub category name, title, slug, status, description.

Category Name: It has dropdown option which pick the category name which we have created earlier.

Sub Category Name: It has dropdown option which the pick the sub category based on the category name.

Title: It contains the knowledgebase title.

Slug: It will be created based on category, sub category and title.

Description: It contains the knowledgebase description, we have used the editor where you can simple copy and paste the image.

Status: You can also active and inactive the status.

KnowledgeBase Seo Settings

We have given the SEO settings while creating the knowledgebase to enhance the search engine presence of your knowledgebase.

Edit Knowledgebase

To edit the knowledgebase, click on the edit icon, where you can edit all the data which you have passed while creating the knowledgebase.

Delete Knowledgebase

To delete the knowledgebase, click on the delete icon, it will ask before deleting.

Listing Knowledgebase

On the listing page, we have shown the category name, title, description, status and preview button, when you click on the eye button it shows inactive articles also, so you have complete control over your article.
