# Agent

In this section we will learn how to create agent.

## Create Agent

To create the agent, click on the new user, where you can show the list of fields, which is shown in the below screenshot.

Here **Department** and **Role** is the important, you must have to choose an **Agent** for the role so that the user has the agent properties.

## Edit Agent

To edit an agent click on the edit icon from the user listing, you can see the UI like the below one, where you can update the agent.

## Delete Agent

To delete the agent click on the delete icon, from the user listing, we will ask before deleting any item from the listing page.
