In this section we will learn how to create agent.

Create Agent

To create the agent, click on the new user, where you can show the list of fields, which is shown in the below screenshot.

Here Department and Role is the important, you must have to choose an Agent for the role so that the user has the agent properties.

Edit Agent

To edit an agent click on the edit icon from the user listing, you can see the UI like the below one, where you can update the agent.

Delete Agent

To delete the agent click on the delete icon, from the user listing, we will ask before deleting any item from the listing page.
