In this section we will see how to manage created ticket.

Ticket Listing

When you click on the all ticket, here we have listed all the tickets, whether open, hold, pending and unassigned.

When you click on the eye icon, you will the ticket details, like when the ticket is created, which agent is working on this ticket, and customer chat messages.

You can see the UI like the below one when you click on the eye icon
